I'm just getting around to posting this but this morning's workout, after the warm-up, went like this:
--Chin-ups with knee-ups
--Barbell Squats
--Spiderman Push-ups
--Side Planks with leg raises.
--Chin-ups with knee-ups
--Barbell Squats
--Spiderman Push-ups
--Side Planks with leg raises (other side/leg)
--Chin-ups with knee-ups
--Barbell Squats
--Spiderman Push-ups
--Pikes with feet on skateboard.
Done.
