Time crunch this morning so the workout was short but sweet.
Standard Warm-up of:
Bodyweight squats (120
Leg Swings (12/side)
Walking lunges (24)
Close-grip push-ups (10)
Stick-ups (10)
Waiter's Bows (80
Plank (30 seconds)
Light dumbbell deadlifts (10) (actually, I forgot to do these this morning...oops!)
Workout was just one round of the following:
Pull-ups (9)
Front Barbell Squats (20)
Push-ups (20)
Ab-wheel roll-outs (10)
Regular Barbell Squats (25)
Chin-ups (7)
Cross-body Mountain-climbers (50)
Was probably only a 15 minute workout including the warm-up, though I didn't actually time it.
