Today's Workout

Warm-up followed by:

Set 1:
Pull-ups
Barbell Squats
Suspended bar push-ups
Rest, repeat set.

Set 2:
Bench step-ups
Bent-over dumbbell rows
rest, repeat set.

Set 3:
ab-wheel roll-outs
Skateboard Pikes
rest, repeat set.

Set 4:
2 sets of 15 dumbbell overhead presses.
Done.
